KERVEL TURİZM CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

As Kervel Turizm, we show the utmost sensitivity to the security and lawful processing of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to all individuals associated with our company in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

This clarification text has been prepared by Kervel Turizm, in its capacity as the data controller, to inform you, our esteemed guests who use our website and benefit from our services.

1. Identity of the Data Controller In accordance with the KVKK No. 6698, Kervel Turizm (the "Company") has the title of data controller. Our company will process your personal data within the framework of the purposes and limits explained below.

2. Your Processed Personal Data In case you benefit from our services through our website, the following personal data belonging to you may be processed:

  • Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish Republic ID number, passport information (for international tours or flight tickets), and date of birth.

  • Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address, and residential address.

  • Customer Transaction and Financial Information: Reservation information, invoice information, ticket and tour details, and information regarding the payment method (Your credit card data is not stored by our company; it is directly transmitted to secure payment institutions).

  • Transaction Security Information: IP address and log (connection) records generated during your use of the website.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data Your collected personal data is processed within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes of:

  • Fulfilling agency services such as tours, hotel reservations, ticketing, transfers, and visas in accordance with the contract,

  • Managing payment and invoicing processes,

  • Evaluating your requests, complaints, and suggestions to provide you with support,

  • Making legal notifications required by legislation to the relevant public institutions (e.g., notifications made to law enforcement forces pursuant to the Identity Notification Law),

  • Sending you special campaigns, tour offers, and newsletters, provided that you have given your explicit consent.

4. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred In line with the realization of the purposes stated above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to:

  • Our domestic and international business partners (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transfer companies, consulates, etc.) which are mandatory for providing the travel service you have purchased,

  • Banks and payment institutions for the purpose of carrying out financial processes,

  • Authorized public institutions and organizations, and judicial authorities for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations.

5. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data Your personal data is collected through our website, reservation forms, e-mail, call center, or physical channels. This data is processed by fully or partially automatic means based on the following legal reasons stated in Article 5 of the KVKK:

  • "It is necessary to process the personal data of parties of a contract, provided that the processing is directly related to the execution or performance of the contract,"

  • "It is mandatory for the data controller to be able to perform his legal obligations,"

  • "Processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this processing shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."

6. Rights of the Personal Data Owner (KVKK Article 11) As personal data owners, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed or not, and to request information if it has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,

  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • To request the correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, and to request notification of the operations made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws,

  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To demand compensation for the damages in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
